Celebrities unite: Kate Bosworth, Samantha Cameron and Daisy Lowe attend Burberry

Add to My Stories London fashion Week may attract a medley of stars but Burberry is definitely the main event.Fashion's elite, including Daisy Lowe, Alexa Chung and Samantha Cameron, gathered under the rain for the Hyde Park show.Also flying in from the U.S were actresses Kate Bosworth, Rachel Bilson and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

Bilson and Bosworth were clearly enjoying the front row action and couldn't stop whispering to eachother. They were joined by models Stella Tennant, Douglas Boothe and photographer Mario Testino.He was pictured outside with Jamie Hince, but no sign of his fiancee Kate Moss who was absent from the event.

The show, apart from being streamed liveacross the globe, was also shown on Piccadilly's main screen, attracting onlookers and tourists to stop and take in the show.The fashion house, formerly fronted by Harry Potter actress Emma Watson, will also make the pieces available to buy online for seven weeks.Christopher Bailey, Burberry's Chief Creative Officer, said:'Whether you are at home online, watching in Piccadilly Circus, using amobile device or in our store in Beijing everyone will be able to feel the energy and attitude of the brand and the excitement of the show.'

Burberry'sinteractive shows have helped generated worldwide interest in London Fashion Week, including getting the attention of American Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who started attending for the first time when the label moved to London in 2009.It was also the first high fashion label to stream their shows live and was further catapulted to fame when Emma Watson fronted their campaign.Since then, stars have included Jourdan Dunn and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
