What you need: You need eight to 12 long rectangular tables, blindfolds, and two boxes of Shredded Wheat cereal.

How to play: To set up the race course, you need to lay the tables down on their sides on both sides of the lane, so that the table tops become the walls of the lane with the legs safely out of the way giving support. Continue adding tables to form two long lanes. You can lay the tables out with a few angles and turns to make the course more difficult. At the end of the course, place an open box of Shredded Wheat cereal. Once you have set up the course, divide the kids into two equally numbered teams.

The rules: The first player on each team will put on the blindfold and crawl through the course to retrieve a Shredded Wheat from the box to eat or bring back. Then the player will crawl back to the beginning, and the next player goes. Play continues until all players have gone.

How to win: The first team to complete the race is the winning team.

What else you need to know: For added fun, you can put a stuffed toy mouse in each box of cereal. Players will be! very su rprised to feel something furry!
