Kayla Staskiewicz isn't one of them.
Nope, the high school student from Waterford, Mich., wore a $25,000 couture Versace dress to her big dance, The Oakland Press reports, after winning it in a contest her dad entered her in.
According to the newspaper, Mike Staskiewicz, Kayla's pop, caught wind of the WDIV-TV contest that would allow a lucky winner the chance to wear the dress, previously worn by Christina Ricci at the Oscars back in 1999.
Good thing Kayla is a size 0 -- 10 other girls tried the dress on first, but "none of them fit into it," the teen tells the Press. It fit Kayla, though.
"My mom kept calling me Cinderella," the senior, who had to return the dress to WDIV, tells the newspaper.
