Would You Wear a Sheer Dress While Pregnant?

True, maternity wear has come a long way since the days of tent dresses and muumuus. And, yes, we're all for fitted tops and dresses that show off -- and celebrate -- your ever-growing baby bump.

But wearing a sheer dress that not only basically bares your belly, but also your black lacy bra? Well, call us prudes, but we're crying tacky.

Actress Charlotte Gainsbourg wore a see-through wrap dress at the Cannes Film Festival May 18. The French actress, 39, who is eight months pregnant, was attending the premiere of her new movie, "Melancholia," co-starring Kirsten Dunst.
