No spare hair: Kim Kardashian is accused of making false claims

Kim Kardashian has not had the best month.

Hot on the heels of her divorce announcement and the backlash that ensued, the reality TV star, 31, is now being accused of making false claims about a hair removal product she endorses.

According to TMZ, No!No! hair's mother company, Radiancy, claims the dark-haired beauty has lied to the public and that her TRIA endorsements are misleading.

Radiancy has a number of charges levelled at the smooth-skinned LA local and TRIA.

Possibly most damning of all is Radiancy's allegation that Kim has publicly admitted to using hair removal treatments for the past 10 years, reports the site.

The admission makes it hard for the star to be sure of correctly attributing her hair removal 'secret' to TRIA, believes Radiancy.

She can't have used the product on her 'entire body' as claimed, suggests the upset rival, because TRIA itself advises people that the laser product is not safe to use on sensitive areas of the body, including the face, ears and nipples.

The rival is also fighting the star's comment that 'You'll never need razors or shaving cream again.'

According to TRIA's instructions and accompanying advice, the home laser is designed to be used alongside shaving.

The news site reports that Radiancy are seeking unspecified damages from the estranged star and TRIA.

But, standing by her judgement of the laser gadget, Kim has just signed another 18 month contract as spokesperson of the competitor, says TMZ.
